Thanks for your interest in bringing me in to teach your guild, shop, or retreat. I’m available for a limited number of engagements each year and I love creating sessions that are practical, modern, and confidence-building.

Lectures or Trunk Show (60 minutes | in-person) — $375
Micro-Workshops (4 hours | in-person) — $375 for 24 students
Workshops (6 hours | in-person) — $775 for 24 students
If you have more than 24 students, please reach out and I can share the price.
Note: I do not offer virtual workshops at this time.

For in-person bookings, the host covers travel + lodging + meals, unless otherwise arranged. Travel may include airfare, mileage, baggage fees, and shipping materials.
If travel requires a hotel stay, I need a private, clean, nonsmoking room.

Micro Workshops
Hand Embroidery Quilt Labels

Workshops
Hand Quilting Sampler
In this workshop, you will explore hand quilting as a design tool by studying how thread weight, needle size, and stitch style influence the visual impact of a quilt. Through guided exercises, you will work with more than seven different thread and needle combinations, comparing traditional small stitches with bold modern big stitch techniques. You will practice quilting curves, sharp turns, grids, and creative running stitch patterns while learning how to intentionally place hand quilting on mock pieced fabric using both instructor provided designs and your own layout ideas. Decorative big stitch binding techniques will also be explored as an extension of stitched design. By the end of the class, you will complete a hand quilting sampler “book” that serves as a long-term reference for selecting thread, needle, and stitch styles, supporting confident, intentional design decisions in future quilting projects.
